Biography
Alexa is a Corporate attorney and assists clients in transactions, contracts, corporate compliance and corporate governance matters.
She is a member of the firm’s Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) Practice Group and helps to guide businesses in evaluating and mitigating risks in this rapidly evolving area of the law. She advises clients on compliance with state and international ESG reporting regimes and reviews ESG-related disclosures and contract clauses.
Alexa also works on securities and public finance matters, including review of filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Beyond Fox Rothschild
Alexa monitors the emerging regulatory scheme relating to corporate disclosure of climate-related information. She has co-authored articles about the SEC’s proposed climate disclosure rules and California’s climate accountability package.
Before Fox Rothschild
Prior to joining Fox, Alexa was a public finance associate in the Minneapolis office of a national firm.
While in law school, Alexa was a student attorney in the University of Minnesota Law School’s Business Law Clinic. She was also a summer legal intern at a major national bank and a legislative extern. Alexa also attended Fordham University School of Law's Fashion Law Institute Summer Intensive Program.
