Biography
Alex is a civil and commercial litigator with experience representing clients across industries in a broad range of disputes involving construction, transportation, bad faith and environmental compliance. She also counsels businesses and individuals in commercial and employment disputes concerning trade secret issues, restrictive covenants and contract claims.
Before Fox Rothschild
Prior to joining Fox Rothschild, Alex was a litigation associate at a regional law firm centered in the Southeast. While earning her law degree, she served as a McMillan Fellow at the International House's Ginter Immigration Law Clinic. Alex also taught middle school through the Teach for America program and interned at the White House in the Office of Management and Administration under President Obama.
