Black Business Ink Names Alexus Acree to 40 Under 40 Most Influential African Americans in the Triad List
Fox Rothschild congratulates Alexus Acree, who was selected to Black Business Ink’s 2025 40 Under 40 Most Influential African Americans in the Triad List.
This list is comprised of rising leaders under the age of 40 who are making significant contributions within the Piedmont Triad region of North Carolina and recognizes their influence in business and community affairs.
“This recognition means so much to me, and I am deeply grateful to be included among such an incredible group of leaders, trailblazers and change-makers. Every step of my journey has been fueled by passion, perseverance and the unwavering support of my family, mentors, colleagues and friends,” said Acree.
An associate in the Raleigh, NC office, Acree advises businesses on a broad range of corporate matters and transactions. She drafts and negotiates a variety of commercial agreements and provides legal counsel regarding corporate governance.
Acree is heavily involved with the National Black Theatre, which is a commissioning and producing theatrical home for Black artists that generates catalytic experiences to uplift the African American cultural identity by amplifying intersectional stories of Black life. She serves on the organization’s Festival Fundraising Board.
Additionally, Acree has served on the Queen Juneteenth Scholarship Pageant Board, which supports young women in their pursuit of college education through financial aid.
Acree will be honored during a special event in June 2025.
