Alexus advises businesses on a broad range of corporate matters and transactions.

She drafts and negotiates a variety of commercial agreements and provides legal counsel in regard to corporate governance.

Admitted only in North Carolina. Not admitted to D.C. Bar but being supervised by a licensed D.C. Bar member under Rule 49(c)(8) of the D.C. Court of Appeals.

Before Fox Rothschild

Alexus completed a summer associate position with the firm before joining us full time. 

She is a former legal clerk for a startup app and also served as a legal intern for GE Healthcare. 

While attending law school, Alexus was on the staff of the Journal of Business and Intellectual Property and was a member of the Black Law Students Association.

Before attending law school, Alexus was a Fixed Income and Portfolio Analytics and Risk Specialist at Bloomberg L.P.
