Biography
Alina helps private companies and business owners resolve a variety of commercial disputes.
She represents real estate owners and developers, landlords, tenants, creditors, banks and manufacturers before various state and federal courts and arbitration forums. Her experience extends to breach of contract disputes, business torts, construction claims, collection actions, antitrust and bankruptcy matters.
Alina also represents government contractors in various matters, including internal investigations, contract interpretation and disputes, bid protests and interventions before federal boards and agencies.
Alina has worked on cannabis industry lawsuits and assisted with a purchase agreement for a large cannabis client.
Prior to Fox, Alina represented clients in a broad range of immigration law related matters before federal courts and the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.
Before Fox Rothschild
Prior to joining Fox, Alina was an attorney with a Baltimore, Maryland-based law firm. Before that, she worked as a law clerk for two Maryland law firms and as a legal intern with the Department of Justice, Executive Office for Immigration Review and the Lawyers' Committee for Civil Rights Under Law.
As an undergraduate, Alina interned in the human resources department of the Russian Parliament, the State Duma, in Moscow, Russia.
