Biography
Amit leads all aspects of financial strategy and operations for the firm, including budgeting and forecasting, capital and treasury management, collections oversight, equity partner compensation and financial systems integration.
Working closely with the firm’s Executive Committee and leadership across departments, he provides strategic guidance and support in financial planning and analysis throughout the firm’s practices and offices. He recommends and implements policies and reporting structures that enhance fiscal discipline and operational transparency with a strong emphasis on measuring and maintaining profitability.
Before Fox Rothschild
Prior to joining Fox, Amit was Chief Financial Officer, North America, at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner. He previously served as Global Director of Finance Operations at Baker & McKenzie, where he also held roles as Chief Operating Officer and several other leadership positions. Amit began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Senior Associate in the Advisory Group.
