Biography
Ana Maria is a member of the firm's Real Estate Department where she focuses her practice on commercial real estate lending and land banking transactions. Her clients include financial institutions, corporations and institutional investors, among others.
Ana Maria's work includes:

- Entity formation and organizational structures
- Operating agreements

Before Fox Rothschild
Ana Maria was a summer associate at Fox Rothschild. During law school, she worked as a legal intern at 3M Company and was the business manager of a pediatric physical therapy facility. She wrote for the Journal of Corporation Law, served on the Board of the Equal Justice Foundation and was active with the Organization of Women Law Students and Staff and the Hispanic/Latino Law Student Association. She received the Dean’s Award in Nonprofit Organizational Effectiveness and Accounting, Tax and Business Considerations for Lawyers.
Beyond Fox Rothschild
Ana Maria advises underserved communities in housing disputes for the Volunteer Lawyers Network. She is a member of Twin Cities Diversity in Practice where she previously served as the firm's Emerging Leaders Group Representative.
