Biography
Andrew assists with a broad range of labor and employment issues, including regulatory compliance, workplace policy and procedure, and litigation. He also helps clients successfully navigate the complex corporate and business affairs landscape, providing advice on acquisitions, sales and mergers.
Before Fox Rothschild
A former summer associate, Andrew joined us full-time after graduating from law school.
His prior experience includes serving as a summer associate for entities such as the University of Illinois College of Law Intellectual Property Group, the Chicago-Kent College of Law Employment Law Group, and an international consulting firm.
During his pursuit of a law degree, Andrew concurrently managed a career in M&A and business structuring at a management consulting firm in Chicago. Additionally, he held the position of Summer Diversity and Inclusion Scholar at a national law firm and provided pro bono legal services through collaborations with a New York law firm and a global law firm.
