Biography
Andrew represents employers in all aspects of employment litigation, including single-plaintiff and multi-plaintiff litigation.
He has successfully litigated and favorably resolved cases involving allegations of discrimination, retaliation, and harassment, as well as wage and hour cases.
Andrew also advises and counsels employers on day-to-day employment issues including discipline and terminations, reduction in force (RIF) plans, reasonable accommodations, personnel policies, WARN Act compliance, and wage and hour issues.
Before Fox Rothschild
Prior to joining Fox, Andrew was a litigation associate at a Philadelphia-based law firm.
During law school, Andrew served as the Business Editor for the Rutgers Law Journal, and participated in the James Hunter III Appellate Advocacy Moot Court Competition. He was also an intern with the Rutgers Federal Prisoner Reentry Clinic, representing incarcerated individuals in a wide range of proceedings related to easing re-entry into mainstream society.
