Biography

A member of the firm's Entertainment & Sports Law Department, Andrew represents clients in transactional entertainment matters with a focus on talent agreements for studio and independent feature film and television projects.

He helps protect the interests of actors, writers, directors, producers and other creatives in film and television on a wide variety of matters, which include, but are not limited to:

  • On-camera deals to star in scripted and unscripted television shows and films
  • A variety of development and rights deals, including shopping agreements, attachment agreements and script option purchase agreements
  • Production agreements
  • Financing deals
  • Distribution agreements

Beyond advising clients on the terms of their agreements, Andrew assists clients in assessing every deal within the framework of the client’s career goals and aspirations. Andrew prioritizes listening to the needs of each client and believes that understanding their specific needs is fundamental to the success of deal-making.

As a biracial Latinx attorney, Andrew is uniquely focused on serving Latinx creatives and joins in the fight for increased representation within the entertainment industry.

Before Fox Rothschild

Prior to joining Fox, Andrew worked at a boutique entertainment law firm based in Beverly Hills, California. During law school, he worked as a business & legal affairs intern for NBCUniversal and as a synchronization licensing intern for a music publishing company in Los Angeles.
