Biography
An experienced negotiator and dealmaker, Andy counsels business owners and senior leadership on complex transactions such as cross-border mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructurings.
He focuses his practice on representing buyers and sellers of privately owned businesses in middle-market merger and acquisition transactions. Andy also helps clients with corporate, commercial and construction law matters, including:
- Succession planning.
- Entity formation.
- Preparation and negotiation of commercial and construction contracts.
- Product manufacturing.
- Supply and distribution agreements.
- Joint ventures.
- Debt and equity financing.
Andy's clients include family-run enterprises, private equity, independent sponsors and search funds in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, consumer goods and services, pharmaceutical, insurance, wireless communications, transportation, consulting and retail.
He also works with businesses headquartered internationally that are looking to establish or expand operations in the U.S. Andy helps these clients navigate U.S. laws and regulations for entity formation, structuring and contracts.
Before Fox Rothschild
Andy joined us from a multistate law firm where he chaired the mergers and acquisitions group. He previously practiced at a regional firm.
Prior to attending law school, Andy served in the U.S. Air Force where he was an avionics technician on F-16 fighter jets for four years.
