Biography
Anthony represents clients in a variety of intellectual property matters, including the drafting and prosecuting of applications for utility and design patents, trademarks and copyrights. He also represents clients in patent litigation.
His patent experience spans a wide range of fields, including:
- automobile technologies, including autonomous vehicle technologies
- building construction materials
- computer-related technologies
- consumer products
- electrical and mechanical devices
- footwear
- medical devices
- packaging systems and materials
- software, including artificial intelligence (AI)/machine learning-related technologies
- sporting equipment
Before Fox Rothschild
Prior to joining Fox, Anthony was an associate in a New Jersey patent and trademark law office and worked as an associate in an intellectual property firm on Long Island, N.Y.
While in law school, Anthony was an extern in the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
