Fox Rothschild LLP is pleased to announce the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) has selected Brian McGinnis to join its Class of Fellows and Royce M. Egeolu and Cameron Baker to participate in its Class of Pathfinders for 2023.
“We congratulate our colleagues on their selection to this pivotal program and support their continued commitment to drive change and foster diversity, equity and inclusion in the legal industry,” said Kimberly Bullock Gatling, Fox’s Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer.
Founded in 2009, LCLD is a growing organization of more than 300 corporate chief legal officers and managing partners who are committed to creating a more diverse and inclusive legal profession.
The Fox trio join a select group of attorneys recognized for their leadership potential. More than 50 alumni of the program have become general counsel, managing partners or judges or have opened their own firms.
Designed for lawyers with eight to 15 years of experience, the Fellows Class is an intensive year-long professional development program that connects high-potential attorneys with leading general counsel, managing partners and their peers for mentoring and career guidance. McGinnis, an associate in the firm’s Philadelphia office, will have access to key legal and business leaders of large U.S. corporations as well as managing partners from the country’s most prestigious law firms.
In the seven-month Pathfinder program, Egeolu, an associate in the firm’s Dallas office, and Baker, an associate in the firm’s West Palm Beach office, will participate in leadership and professional development programs designed to provide practical tools for developing and leveraging internal professional networks, leadership skills and an understanding of career development strategies.
A sign of the firm’s ongoing commitment to building a more diverse and inclusive organization and legal profession, Fox was named a Top Performer and Compass Award winner in 2022 by LCLD for a second consecutive year.
