Biography

Brittany is a member of the firm's Litigation Department. She represents and advises clients in a wide variety of commercial disputes, including business entity disputes, fiduciary duty breaches, real estate litigation, lease disputes and employment litigation.

Brittany handles cases throughout New Jersey, Connecticut and New York. She handles complex commercial litigation from inception through resolution, including trials and appeals. She works closely with clients to develop litigation strategies tailored to their business objectives, whether pursuing claims or defending against them.

Brittany is a trial instructor for Quinnipiac University School of Law’s mock trial program.

Before Fox Rothschild

Prior to joining Fox Rothschild, Brittany was an associate at a regional law firm. She previously served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Marlene Lynch Ford of the Superior Court of New Jersey Law Division.

While earning her law degree, Brittany worked as a law clerk at a Connecticut law firm. She also was a research assistant.

Additionally, Brittany was editor-in-chief of the Quinnipiac Probate Law Journal, a member of the Mock Trial Honor Society Competition Team and served as an executive board member of the Black Law Students Association. She earned the Distinguished Scholar Award, Distinguished Academic Achievement in Insurance Law and the George W. Crawford Black Bar Association Prize.

Before attending law school, Brittany worked in the legal department at a national insurance company.
