This panel discussion will address the current status of Federal and State law as to Cannabis, the Criminal, Ethical, Employment, Banking and Real Estate implications, and the preemption argument. New Jersey's Compassionate Use Medical Marijuana Act (CUMMA), pending amendments thereto, and the possibility that a law decriminalizing the recreational use of Marijuana is on the horizon, all exist at odds with the Federal Controlled Substances Act. This panel discussion will address how businesses and attorneys can navigate these issues.
