During law school, Carmella was a summer associate at Fox Rothschild. She has experience working at the Impact Litigation Clinic. She also was a judicial intern to the Honorable John Michael Vasquez of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the Honorable Mary J. Costello of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division, Civil Part. Carmella served as the Executive Editor for the Seton Hall Law Review.
