Chaney represents business entities, officers and directors, and investors in corporate and commercial litigation before the Delaware Court of Chancery, Superior Court, Supreme Court, and the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware.

Her practice includes actions relating to corporate governance and alternative entity disputes, mergers and acquisitions, breach of contract, non-compete agreements, wrongful discharge, and retaliation and discrimination on the basis of age, race, sex, and disability. Chaney also represents government entities in connection with real estate matters, including eminent domain and real estate contracts. In addition to her litigation practice, Chaney counsels boards of directors and committees of boards of directors regarding general corporate matters. She also advises employers regarding compliance with federal and state statutes governing employment.
