Chelsy advises clients on all aspects of commercial real estate finance, sales and dispositions as well as renewable energy development.

Chelsy drafts and negotiates commercial and renewable energy leases, purchase and sale agreements and structures all aspects of loan and development transactions. Her experience includes work as a former in-house counsel for a utility-scale renewable energy developer focusing on wind, solar, storage and battery projects. Chelsy also has experience in managing M&A transactions for utility scale developers.

Additionally, as part of the firm’s Land Banking team, Chelsy advises capital providers on the acquisition and horizontal development of raw and entitled land into finished residential lots, as well as the negotiation of option agreements with national and regional home builders.

She represents institutional, life insurance, bridge and community banking lenders as well as private equity and hedge funds in a full range of complex commercial and multifamily residential finance transactions, including construction, permanent, conduit and mezzanine loans.

Chelsy has experience managing projects through every stage of development and assists clients with land acquisition and the structuring of mortgage loan and land banking documents.
