Fox Rothschild Earns Top Scores in Human Rights Campaign’s Corporate Equality Index
Fox Rothschild is pleased to announce it received a score of 95 out of 100 on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s (HRCF) 2025 Corporate Equality Index, the nation’s foremost benchmarking survey and report measuring corporate policies and practices in LGBTQ+ workplace equality.
Fox joins nearly 1,450 U.S. businesses that were ranked in 2025 – the highest number of rated companies since the start of CEI in 2002.
“For decades businesses have relied on the CEI as a tool for transparency and leveling the playing field for all workers, making sure LGBTQ+ people and their families can share in fair, respectful and supportive workplaces and benefits,” said RaShawn “Shawnie” Hawkins, SHRM-CP, HRCF Senior Director of Workplace Equality. “As conversations evolve on corporate America’s approach to diversity, equity and inclusion, year-over-year growth in CEI participation is evidence of a business community that largely recognizes the responsibility and value in upholding equity and inclusion.”
The results of the 2025 CEI showcase how U.S.-based companies are promoting LGBTQ+ friendly workplace polices in the U.S. and abroad. A record-breaking 98 percent of CEI businesses have non-discrimination protections specific to gender identity.
The CEI rates employers on detailed criteria falling under four central pillars:
- Non-discrimination policies across business entities
- Equitable benefits for LGBTQ+ workers and their families
- Supporting an inclusive culture
- Corporate social responsibility
“We are incredibly proud of our ongoing commitment to advancing equality and inclusion for the LGBTQ+ community,” said Colleen McGarry, Chair of Fox’s LGBTQ+A Network. “While we celebrate the progress we’ve made, we remain aware of the challenges this community continues to face and are committed to fostering a welcoming and inclusive workplace for all.”
