Biography
Daniel focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, entertainment and sports law, and white collar criminal defense.
A dedicated problem solver, he represents a broad range of clients in all phases of litigation in courts and arbitral venues across the country.
Beyond litigation, Daniel also serves as a skilled negotiator. He helps sports agencies, professional athletes, coaches, arenas and a wide variety of companies in disputes concerning contracts, sponsorship deals, and brand licensing agreements. He also helps clients pragmatically resolve issues that advance their business objectives.
Daniel also counsels individuals and businesses that face state or federal criminal charges, regulatory or enforcement actions, or are the target of a government investigation. Whether they have been indicted, named targets of a grand jury investigation or otherwise embroiled in criminal proceedings, Daniel helps clients understand their rights and implement effective defense strategies.
Before Fox Rothschild
Prior to joining Fox Rothschild, Daniel was an associate in the New York offices of two national law firms. He is a former assistant corporation counsel and trial attorney with the New York City Law Department.
While in law school, Daniel served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Justice Joan A. Madden of the New York Supreme Court, First Judicial District in New York City.
