Biography
Daniel focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, entertainment and sports law, and white collar criminal defense.
He counsels sports agencies, major arenas, professional athletes, coaches and businesses in courts and arbitral venues across the country. He also combines aggressive advocacy with a practical, business-minded approach, helping clients achieve outcomes that protect their interests and advance their strategic objectives.
Daniel also advises individuals and businesses that face state or federal criminal charges, regulatory or enforcement actions, or are the target of a government investigation. Whether they have been indicted, named targets of a grand jury investigation or otherwise embroiled in criminal proceedings, Daniel helps clients understand their rights and implement effective defense strategies.

Before Fox Rothschild
Prior to joining Fox Rothschild, Daniel practiced at two national law firms in New York. There, he represented a variety of clients, including a Fortune 100 telecommunications company and one of the nation's largest real estate investment trusts in complex premises liability and insurance coverage matters.
Daniel also is a former assistant corporation counsel and trial attorney with the New York City Law Department.
While in law school, Daniel served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Justice Joan A. Madden of the New York Supreme Court, First Judicial District in New York City.
