Biography
David guides clients in the purchase, sale and financing of commercial real estate.
He regularly negotiates and drafts purchase and sale agreements, partnership agreements, financing documents and formation documents. David also conducts due diligence reviews of title, survey and environmental documentation.
David has helped clients access a variety of tax incentives and apply Low-Income Housing Tax Credits, Historic Tax Credits and New Market Tax Credits. He also has a background in specialty tax and corporate law, and provides advice on entity formation, contracts, joint ventures and related matters.
Before Fox Rothschild
David joined us from a mid-sized Minnesota law firm. While earning his law degree, he was a legal intern for a boutique tax and business advisory firm and was a member of Northwestern University School of Law's Journal of International Law and Business.
Before entering the legal field, David was an auditor and financial consultant at one of the Big Four accounting firms.
