Delaney is a labor and employment attorney who focuses a subset of her practice on the equine industry.

In her labor and employment practice, Delaney provides consultative representation to businesses on a variety of matters including regulatory compliance, workplace policy and procedure, and litigation.

For her equine practice, Delaney counsels riders, trainers, horse and facility owners on optimal business practices, equine agreements and management strategies. With experience competing at the international level, Delaney brings a niche perspective that helps her develop personalized strategies to meet client’s individualized needs and objectives.

Before Fox Rothschild

Delaney joined us from a Florida litigation defense law firm.

While earning her law degree, she interned with a boutique sports law firm, the Honorable Donna Siwek of the New York State Supreme Court and the Congressional campaign of a New York state senator. Delaney also clerked for a boutique immigration firm.

Delaney was a Staff Editor of the New York Law School Law Review. She also participated in the school's Legal Association of Women, Sports Law Society, Academic Success Program and Immigration Law Clinic.
