Biography

Denise focuses her practice on cooperative and condominium law and other real estate matters.

She brings a wealth of industry knowledge to the table. She structures and negotiates sales and purchase agreements and commercial and residential leases. She prepares and negotiates construction contracts and handles the vast majority of the commercial refinance transactions for the firm's cooperative corporation clients. Denise has also represented commercial lenders and drafted offering plans for new housing developments.

Before Fox Rothschild

Denise joined us from a global law firm. She previously practiced at a mid-Atlantic firm and at New York law firms.

Earlier in her career, Denise was in-house counsel and asset manager for one of the largest family-owned realty firms in New York. There, she managed multimillion-dollar property portfolios.
