Biography
Denise leads the firm in its efforts to design and implement multi-tiered support to its 70+ practice areas to drive greater productivity and efficiency. She works with firm leadership to support those in Practice Management Partner roles, reviewing processes and procedures, providing support and coordinating the functional areas that fall within the scope of responsibility for those in practice management leadership roles.
Denise also oversees the professional development and growth of the firm's paralegals, patent agents and other legal professionals, as well as plays a pivotal role in guidance and support for FOXproTeams, its administrative support unit, to ensure all business needs are met.
Before Fox Rothschild
Prior to joining Fox, Denise was a Paralegal Manager and Director of Paralegal Services at Morgan Lewis. During her tenure there, she worked with a team to implement a number of new initiatives to drive greater productivity and profitability. She also worked closely with the firmwide managing partner to successfully manage a large book of business for three Fortune 100 companies. Denise also possesses experience as a former labor and employment paralegal working on a variety of matters with a focus on class actions in the employee benefits and FLSA spectrum, including supporting numerous bench and jury trials.
