Devin dedicates his practice to labor and employment litigation and counseling. He represents employers of all sizes throughout multiple jurisdictions on a wide spectrum of employment law issues including discrimination, retaliation and harassment claims, wage and hour disputes, and restrictive covenant and trade secret matters. His practice includes the defense of employers in single-plaintiff and class/collective litigations.

In addition, Devin helps clients comply with changing federal, state and local employment laws and regulations. He also drafts employee handbooks, employment agreements and severance agreements.
