As we celebrate another year of construction, WBC DE+I Task Force is looking to collaborate with the newly founded NOVA Chapter of the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) to promote our trail blazing women. Please join us for a fun and engaging conversation surrounding diversity, equity, inclusion, champion stories and the importance of allyship. We want to inspire women, young and old, in their career to find different opportunities in construction through engaging dialogue among diverse company representatives ranging from owner’s representation, general + subcontractor management, asset management and law. We want to engage in constructive career conversation for women and how men can be allies to women. NAWIC offers its members education, support, and networking to help advance their careers in construction, build their technical skills, and become leaders.
