Diana helps clients identity and implement efficient resolutions to financial restructurings and liquidations. She works on behalf of a full range of parties to insolvency cases, including debtors, individual creditors, creditors committees, directors, officers and trustees to reach an outcome that achieves their unique business objectives.

Diana represents companies in a broad range of industries, but is particularly knowledgeable on the nuances of construction, design and engineering company bankruptcies because of her background and contacts in the construction and government contracting sectors. She has also handled multiple Subchapter 5 cases, helping small to midsized companies and their creditors streamline debt reconciliation proceedings and accelerate restructuring. 

Diana’s clients include Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 trustees; creditors committees; individual creditors, including financial institutions and loan servicers; post-confirmation trusts; and debtors in all phases of the bankruptcy process. She also represents clients in avoidance and preference actions, adversary proceedings and out-of-court workouts.
