The rules of civil procedure afford counsel a wide array of discovery tools. But which tools really matter at trial? This program will explain which discovery tool to use and how to frame your discovery efforts to effectively use at trial, including the management of voluminous ESI. Experienced in-house counsel will explain which discovery efforts are viewed as a waste of time, and an experienced expert witness will explain how discovery can help – or hurt – the expert’s evaluation.
