Biography
Dianna is the firm’s Chief Growth Strategist and a member of Fox Rothschild's Management Council. A former Chair of the firm's Intellectual Property Department, she centers her practice on global patent prosecution, licensing and opinion work.
With a background in biotechnology, chemistry and large-scale drug manufacturing, she understands the development of drugs and medical devices, from early-stage research and patenting to FDA-approval, production and marketing. In addition to her experience in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries, Dianna handles intellectual property issues in the area of shooting sports.
A skilled negotiator and persuasive writer, Dianna has a proven record of obtaining valuable patents, including Orange book listings, and resolving disputes before and during litigation.
Dianna counsels clients on a variety of issues, including post-grant proceedings, inter partes review, licensing (drafting, negotiation and dispute resolution), freedom to operate investigations and assessments of noninfringement, invalidity, patentability and enforceability issues.
Before Fox Rothschild
Prior to joining Fox, Dianna was managing partner of the New York office for a national IP boutique firm. She had previously worked as an associate and later as a partner at another leading IP firm.
Before attending law school, Dianna worked at Amgen, a large, international biotechnology company, where she worked in large-scale manufacturing of clinical and commercial drug products as well as quality assurance and validation departments.
