Fox Rothschild is delighted to welcome Matthew N. Bobrow to the New York office as a partner in the Corporate Department, with a focus on fund formation.

Bobrow’s clients include private investment funds, public pension funds and institutional investors. He advises them throughout the investment fund lifecycle, from formation to liquidation as well as regulatory compliance and governance matters. His representations cover all stages of the fundraising process, including:

• Side letter negotiations
• Placement arrangements
• Secondary transactions

Bobrow also has experience advising startups and emerging companies on capital raising strategies, transactions and securities compliance.

Bobrow earned his J.D. from New York Law School, cum laude, and his B.A. from Temple University.
