New Jersey Law Journal Selects Dominique J. Carroll to New Leaders of the Bar List
Fox Rothschild LLP congratulates Dominique J. Carroll, who was selected to the New Jersey Law Journal’s list of New Leaders of the Bar.
The annual award is presented to attorneys in the Garden State under the age of 40 who bring both “notable achievements and outstanding potential to the table.”
Elevated to partner in 2023, Carroll is a skilled litigator and trial lawyer who represents clients in state and federal courts across multiple jurisdictions. He focuses his practice on complex intellectual property litigation involving patents, trademarks and copyrights.
He provides strategic representation to small, medium and large businesses in manufacturing, retail, media and other industries, assisting them with matters of trademark and copyright infringement, unfair competition and false advertising.
Carroll also serves as outside general counsel to privately held businesses and provides legal advice on a wide range of matters including contract negotiations, risk mitigation and regulatory compliance, in addition to providing management and staff training.
A leader within the firm, Carroll was part of a Fox litigation team that succeeded in removing a temporary restraining order, issued in an international trademark dispute, that threatened to put an emerging technology company out of business. He was also a key member of another Fox team that obtained a pair of verdicts totaling $7 million for a national manufacturing company in a trademark infringement trial in Florida.
Carroll was selected to serve in the 2021 Class of Pathfinders at the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity, an organization of more than 300 corporate legal officers and managing partners committed to creating a more diverse and inclusive legal profession.
Active in the community, Carroll is on the Board of Directors for the Garden State Bar Association, the Capital Region Minority Chamber of Commerce and the Young Audiences of New Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania.
Carroll earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Illinois College of Law, his M.B.A. from the University of Illinois and his B.A., cum laude, from Rutgers University.
