Fox Rothschild was recognized in three categories in the 2023 BTI Litigation Outlook Report.

According to the BTI Consulting Group, “litigation (of all types) is starting to pile up in what is expected to be a tsunami of litigation” prompting “corporate counsel [to] reevaluate their options of law firms.”

BTI surveyed top legal decision makers to identify the firms that they believe are “best suited to meet their most pressing litigation need” based on current performance, response-to-date to the pandemic, ongoing interactions and prior performance.
