Biography
Eric focuses his practice on representing developers, lenders, owners, purchasers, nonprofits and other clients with various land use and zoning issues in New York City.
He regularly coordinates with clients, architects, surveyors, engineers and environmental consultants to prepare and submit land use applications to the New York City Board of Standards and Appeals, Department of City Planning and the Department of Buildings.
Eric also has experience drafting and reviewing zoning lot development agreements, easement agreements, zoning opinions, analyses of development site potential and zoning resolution determination requests.
Before Fox Rothschild
Prior to joining Fox Rothschild, Eric was an associate at a top-ranked boutique firm in New York City, focusing on zoning and land use.
While in law school, Eric was a legal intern for the New York City Board of Standards and Appeals as well as the New York City Department of Buildings in the General Counsel’s Office. He was also a law clerk at a New York City-based real estate law firm. Additionally, Eric served as notes and comments editor for the New York Law Review.
During college, Eric studied abroad for a semester in Madrid, Spain.
