Biography
Eric's broad commercial real estate practice includes a focus on cooperative and condominium law and commercial leasing.
Over the last two decades, Eric has represented cooperative and condominium boards in all aspects of cooperative and condominium law, including board governance, financing, construction contracts, access/license agreements, service agreements and shareholder/unit owner disputes. Board members appreciate Eric’s straightforward and warm communication style and his ability to mitigate conflict.
In addition, Eric handles the sale, leasing and finance of office, mixed use and multifamily residential properties. Specifically, he has extensive experience representing landlords and tenants in office and retail leasing transactions. His practical approach helps clients weather even the most complicated negotiations.
Most recently, Eric has extended his practice to the hospitality industry. He guides restaurants, entertainment, and recreational companies as they navigate the various legal issues that arise on a daily basis.
Before Fox Rothschild
Eric joined us from the New York office of a global law firm, where he was a partner. Prior to that, Eric was a partner at a New York real estate firm.
Beyond Fox Rothschild
Eric supports Random Farms Kids’ Theater, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to creating a safe environment where children of all backgrounds are encouraged to discover the joy of theater.
