Biography

A litigator, Ethan strategically guides clients through all stages of the dispute resolution process. 

He represents businesses in a full range of complex commercial litigation including disputes involving contractual agreements, intellectual property, insurance, employment and fraud.

He also advises on commercial contracts and transactions associated with private offerings, intellectual property transactions and real estate sale.

Before Fox Rothschild

Ethan joined us from a boutique litigation law firm.

During law school, he clerked at the same firm and worked as a student attorney for the SMU Dedman School of Law's First Amendment Clinic. Ethan also interned with the Honorable Alan Albright of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas. Additionally, Ethan was an articles editor and published note author for the SMU Science & Technology Law Review, a member of the Corporate Law Association and the Dallas Student Bar Association, and a pupil of the Patrick E. Higginbotham Inn of Court.
