Shareholders can sometimes be disruptive but what happens when a shareholder’s actions place the well-being of other shareholders in danger? This program will look at how cooperatives can effectively evict a “nightmare neighbor” by terminating the shareholder’s proprietary lease due to a shareholder’s objectionable conduct.
