GET OUT!  That is the clear message HUD public housing is sending. The Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) program has been joined by Asset Repositioning to assist public housing authorities in transitioning away from public housing. This session will look at the two programs and discuss their strengths and weaknesses, as well as where HUD sees the future.
