George is an attorney in the Taxation & Wealth Planning Department who represents clients in legal matters involving tax and wealth transfer planning, business transactions and disputes involving trusts and estates.

George handles a wide range of fiduciary litigation, representing companies and individuals in Civil and Orphans’ Court matters, including breach of fiduciary duty actions, will contests, trust disputes, guardianship actions and various other controversies involving trust and estate administration. He also frequently represents trustees and trust beneficiaries in relation to non-judicial settlement agreements.  In addition, George represents and provides legal guidance to individuals, beneficiaries and fiduciaries in all aspects of estate planning, administration and settlement.  

He also has experience representing businesses in commercial and insurance litigation.
