Biography
Grace represents clients in complex commercial disputes in federal and state courts, and in arbitration at every stage of litigation — from case inception to post-trial proceedings. She was a member of a trial team that won an $18.3 million jury verdict in federal court.
Before Fox Rothschild
Grace joined us full time after completing our summer associate program. She previously served as a summer associate at a Seattle law firm, and externed for the Honorable John C. Coughenour of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington.
During law school, Grace was associate editor-in-chief of the Washington Law Review and a student attorney in the Civil Rights and Justice Clinic. She also served as vice president of DEI for the University of Washington Moot Court Honor Board, competed in the New York City Bar Association's National Moot Court Competition, and volunteered with Kids in Need of Defense (KIND) and the Asian Bar Association of Washington.
Grace worked in immigration law and volunteered as a guardian ad litem before attending law school.
