Haley Schwartz Honored by Atlanta Business Chronicle
Fox Rothschild congratulates Haley A. Schwartz, who was recognized by the Atlanta Business Chronicle as one of 21 trailblazers who are “championing their industries, companies and communities.”
The award is part of the publication’s Women of Influence Awards.
Schwartz, a Partner in the firm’s Taxation & Wealth Planning Department, leads with a values-driven approach to estate planning for individuals and families with significant assets. She provides strategic counsel on wealth transfer, tax planning, estate and trust administration, probate, charitable giving, and business succession planning, and is a trusted advisor to fiduciaries navigating complex responsibilities. Haley works closely with clients to define the personal and charitable values that matter most, translating those priorities into estate plans that are rooted in purpose and designed to leave a lasting legacy.
Schwartz has long integrated her legal practice with a deep commitment to community advocacy. After graduating from Emory University School of Law, she secured a post-graduate fellowship to launch the Breast Cancer Legal Project at the Atlanta Legal Aid Society—a first-of-its-kind initiative addressing the legal challenges that can interfere with medical care for low-income women battling breast cancer. More than two decades later, the project continues to be a vital part of the organization’s work, reflecting Schwartz’s vision for sustainable, purpose-driven legal service.
Schwartz currently serves on the Board of the Anti-Defamation League Southeast Region, where she has also held roles on their Leadership Committee and Jurisprudence Committee. She is a former board member of the American Cancer Society South Atlantic Division and a founding board member of Girls Rock Camp ATL, an organization empowering young women through music education, creative expression, and performance. She is the founding chair of the Public Interest Section of the Atlanta Bar Association and has also served in advisory roles with the Atlanta Legal Aid Society, Inc. and the Emory Law School Public Interest Committee, supporting initiatives that promote access to justice and strengthen public interest law.
Schwartz will be honored during a special event in October.
