A Fox Rothschild corporate deal team, led by Felix Kushnir, Henry Gallivan, Paul Edelberg, and Sarah Rozek represented Concord Holdings Management LLC in its acquisition of substantially all of the assets of Paramount Placement LLC, a leading skilled-trades talent solutions platform. The transaction positions Paramount for accelerated growth with new strategic backing while allowing its founder-led team to retain meaningful equity.

Route 2 Capital Partners provided debt and equity financing alongside Concord Holdings to support Paramount's next phase of growth.

Headquartered in Swansea, MA with offices in Brooklyn, NY, the company serves more than 450 customers annually across the lower 48 states and has delivered more than 5,000 placements over the past decade.
