Biography

Josh advises clients on a full range of corporate matters, including entity formation, capital raising, corporate governance and a broad array of commercial contracts, as well as mergers and acquisitions through stock and asset sales and other change-of-control transactions.

Before Fox Rothschild

A former summer associate, Josh joined us full-time after earning his law degree. 

He previously interned with a boutique corporate law firm and the Boston College Innocence Program. Josh was a member of his school's Business Law Society and its Jewish Law Students Association. He also participated in client counseling and negotiation competitions.
