Fox Rothschild welcomes Harriet Tabb to the Dallas, TX office as a partner in the Real Estate Department.

Tabb is a seasoned real estate attorney who advises clients on retail and mixed-use development, as well as affordable housing projects in a major Texas city.

Her negotiating and drafting skills enable her to identify potential challenges early in the development process to design agreements that reduce costs and promote efficiency. She has saved clients hundreds of thousands of dollars in project costs through carefully crafted contract clauses.

Tabb earned her J.D. from Stanford Law School and her B.A. from Emory University.

Prior to joining Fox, Tabb was a member with Steptoe & Johnson PLLC.
