The U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) has again updated its FAQs on the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA).

Please be mindful that FAQs, although setting forth the DOL’s position on various issues, do not have the full force and effect of law and may be subject to challenge at a future date. 

Employers should also check the DOL website periodically to watch for additional FAQ updates as well as any possible changes to previously posted FAQs.
