Biography
Jack is an experienced real estate attorney who represents clients in a broad range of transactions, litigation, land use and financing matters.
He concentrates his practice in the areas of:
- real estate development and land use
- environmental law
- redevelopment law
- real estate transactions
- banking law
Jack’s experience also includes:*
- approval, development, financing, construction, and operation of major development projects throughout New Jersey
- obtaining permits and approvals for major casino/hotel construction projects in Atlantic City
- litigating substantial real estate development and environmental cases in the trial courts, appellate courts, and the New Jersey Supreme Court

Jack is a member of the Eminent Domain/ Condemnation Practice Group. He was formerly Co-Chair the firm’s Zoning & Land Use Group, Managing Partner of its Atlantic City office and a member of its Executive Committee.
Recent Victories
- Representing a large shopping center developer before the New Jersey Supreme Court, successfully defending against challenges from environmental groups to a Coastal Area Facilities Review Act (CAFRA) Permit Jack had obtained for the developer
- Assisting a redeveloper in gaining approval for and entering into a major redevelopment agreement with a New Jersey municipality

Jack was formerly a board member of:

- Chamber of Commerce of Southern New Jersey
- Jewish Federation of Atlantic County
He has also served as counsel to the Atlantic County Builders Association and the Little Egg Harbor Township Planning Board.
