Biography
Jack represents clients in a broad range of complex commercial disputes, labor and employment matters, government investigations and criminal prosecutions.
Before Fox Rothschild
A former associate, Jack rejoined us after serving as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Judge Malachy E. Mannion of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.
During law school he was in Editor-in-Chief of the Dukeminier Awards Journal of Sexuality and Gender Identity Law, a law fellow with the UCLA Voting Rights Project and a research assistant to Constitutional Law Scholar Adam Winkler. He also worked as a student law clerk at the office of the Los Angeles County District Attorney.
As an undergraduate, Jack interned with U.S. Representative Marcy Kaptur of Ohio and U.S. Senator Robert P. Casey Jr. of Pennsylvania.
Beyond Fox Rothschild
Jack is Vice President of Federal Bar Association’s Eastern District of Pennsylvania Chapter. He is also member of the Lackawanna County Bar Association and a volunteer with Lackawanna Pro Bono. He serves on the Board of Trustees of the Lackawanna Historical Society and is a published author of a local history book about his hometown, Scranton, Pennsylvania.
