Biography
A litigator and legal problem-solver, Jake has secured significant litigation victories and advised clients on a wide range of regulatory, financial and management-related issues across diverse industries.
He has tried cases in state and federal courts, arbitrated matters before the American Arbitration Association, and has particular experience in appellate and government relations matters.
Jake represents industry leaders in gaming, technology, health care, construction, action sports, green energy, specialty retail and real estate development, with particular experience representing private equity-backed ventures. His clients include manufacturers and distributors of sporting goods, casino operators, health systems, and multi-generational family businesses.
Jake is also a leader within Fox Rothschild, serving on the firmwide Executive Committee.
Beyond Fox Rothschild
Jake is active in professional and community organizations, including the board of directors of the Boys and Girls Club of Atlantic City.
He has also served as pro bono counsel to the Atlantic City Arts Foundation, Skate AC, Inc. and the New Jersey Board Riders. Jake is proud to serve as chair of the Boys and Girls Club of Atlantic City’s annual golf outing, which has raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for Atlantic City youth.
