Jeanette has been involved in the analysis and practice of bankruptcy law for more than 30 years, devoting her career to matters involving financial restructuring, bankruptcy, bankruptcy litigation, insolvency and liquidation matters, and state and federal receiverships. 

As a result, she has a broad range of experience in representing creditors, debtors, trustees, creditors’ committees and receivers. Given this breadth of experience, she has been involved in some of the most complex and significant bankruptcy cases filed in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Nevada.

She also helps clients efficiently resolve complex commercial litigation in state and federal court, taking a pragmatic approach that protects their financial interests while advancing their business goals.

Jeanette is certified in Business Bankruptcy Law by the American Board of Certification and authors materials for various bankruptcy journals and publications.
