Biography

A member of the firm's Labor & Employment Department, Jonathan represents employers in class and Private Attorneys General (PAGA) representative actions throughout California, as well as in individual harassment, discrimination and retaliation matters under the California Fair Employment Housing Act (FEHA).

Jonathan utilizes his experience to advise companies on best practices for avoiding litigation and navigating California's constantly evolving employment law landscape.

Before Fox Rothschild

Prior to joining Fox Rothschild, Jonathan was an associate at a boutique law firm in Walnut Creek, CA.

While earning his law degree, Jonathan served as a law clerk for the same firm and completed an internship at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in Oakland, CA. Jonathan was a paralegal for several years before attending law school.
