Biography
Lauren is Managing Partner of the Philadelphia Office. She focuses her practice on resolving sophisticated business disputes and litigation, particularly in the insurance, real estate, health and flood industries. She also advises and litigates eminent domain/condemnation matters for both property owners and condemning authorities on properties spanning a wide array of uses.
Lauren regularly appears in state and federal courts across the United States and has earned a reputation for sound judgment and innovative problem solving.
A key contact for the firm’s Real Estate Litigation Practice, and Co-Chair of the firm’s Title Insurance Practice Group, Lauren represents title insurance companies, their agents and insureds. She is also a member of the firm's Eminent Domain/Condemnation Practice Group.

Beyond Fox Rothschild
Lauren regularly writes for and lectures to various insurance groups on issues of importance. She also speaks for the National Flood Determination Association at its annual conference. Within the community, Lauren is involved in numerous organizations and provides pro bono services through the Philadelphia Bar Association’s Volunteers for the Indigent Program. Lauren served as Chancellor of the 12,000-member Philadelphia Bar Association in 2021.
